[PRE-ORDER] IZNA - ‘SET THE TEMPO’ [LA 2026 FANSIGN EVENT]

This is a PRE-ORDER product page offering entry into the izna x KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026 scheduled to take place on August 16, 2026 in Los Angeles, California.

[Eligibility]

Participants must be at least 15 years of age as of the start of the entry period. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their legal guardian and must be accompanied by a legal guardian to the event. Parent/legal guardian consent documentation will be required prior to participation in the event and at the event.

[How to Enter]

The first 50 people to purchase a fansign ticket will be given guaranteed entry to the fansign. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Ticket purchases are limited to one ticket per person.

Each purchase of [PRE-ORDER] izna - 'SET THE TEMPO' [LA 2026 FANSIGN EVENT] includes:

• A guaranteed spot at the izna X KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026
• One (1) random izna - SET THE TEMPO (Kpop Nara Exclusive) Album*
• One (1) random izna x KPOP NARA LA FANSIGN 2026 Exclusive Photocard
• One (1) random signed izna polaroid

Participants must complete the ENTRY FORM after purchasing.

*Albums are randomly assigned and will be either the Kpop Nara Exclusive Photobook A or B version. Version requests cannot be accommodated.

Selected winners will be contacted using the contact information provided in the entry form. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the winner's spot.

• Each ticket purchase includes:

  • Random distribution: 1 of 6 Photocards

• Fansign Exclusive Photocards and Signed Polaroids will be packaged outside the album.
• Customers should ensure that their cart contains the correct purchase benefits before checkout, as orders will be fulfilled based on the items added to the cart.

[Order & Refund Policy]

• Cancellations or order modifications will only be accepted during the official entry period.
• Beginning July 29, 2026, all sales are final and submitted participant information cannot be modified.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted except in cases of verified product defects or shipping damage.
• To report damaged or defective items, customers must:

• Record a full unboxing video beginning prior to opening the package
• Submit all claims to shop@kpopnara.com within 7 days of delivery
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

[Pre-Order & Shipping Information]

• This is a PRE-ORDER item.
• Orders are expected to begin shipping from the 2nd week of September, once products arrive at our distribution center. Shipping timelines may vary depending on manufacturing, import, or logistics delays.
• PRE-ORDER products must be purchased separately from other items on shop.kpopnara.com. Orders containing non-preorder items may be delayed or canceled.
• Kpop Nara is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, production changes, or circumstances outside of our control.

• Winners are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and any additional expenses related to attending the event unless otherwise stated.
• Fansign details, including date, time, venue, and event format, are subject to change without notice due to artist, venue, or organizer circumstances.
