At Kpop Nara, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kpop Nara account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all idol-branded tags, stickers, and protective wraps are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to Nara

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
